Juan García, amplified double bass and static rain.
Performed from the dome of the ex-temple of 'Santa Teresa la Antigua' -, more or less 30 meters above the principal atrium.
A challenging recording and performance experience, where García played with the multi-directional acoustics and architectural 'natural' reverberations - from above and within the whole Museum structure - using the entire space and deepness of the rooms as a huge polyharmonic resonant string organ.
Though seven years have passed since their last release, the band’s hooky, slightly shoegazey sound remains intact with hints of gothic gloom and ramshackle synth-pop. Bandcamp Album of the Day Aug 7, 2020
